📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor production processes and quality control measures, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain coordination.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspections, following manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working with engineers and other technical staff as needed.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process enhancements and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar technical or manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as SAP, ERP systems, and quality management systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Valid certifications in relevant technical areas, such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma, are a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations, as required.
• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
