📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and termination processes.
• Advise on employment law, contracts, and regulatory matters to mitigate legal risks.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Foster a culture of excellence by promoting employee engagement and development.
• Work closely with the leadership team to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations in the advertising industry.
• Provide guidance and support to the HR and legal teams to achieve organizational objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and legal roles, with a proven track record in strategic HR leadership.
• Certifications in HR management, employment law, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Experience in managing a team and driving organizational change.
