📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of M&E systems in mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Create and maintain detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Max.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in M&E systems.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E coordination, with a focus on critical infrastructure projects.
• Proven expertise in using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D Max for technical drawing and design.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Certifications in relevant M&E systems or industry standards (e.g., NEC, NFPA, ASHRAE) are a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is a plus.
