📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment including automated analyzers, microscopes, and spectrophotometers.
• Assist in performing routine and specialized laboratory tests such as hematology, clinical chemistry, and microbiology.
• Prepare and process specimens according to standard operating procedures.
• Record and document test results accurately and promptly.
• Participate in quality control processes and ensure compliance with laboratory standards.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Support the laboratory team in troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues.
• Contribute to the development of laboratory protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
