📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to pediatric patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Assist in the administration of medications and treatments, following medical orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and assist in diagnostic procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on their medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing.
• Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with pediatric nursing standards and guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
