📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in Kalimantan Selatan.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners, including brokers, agents, and corporate clients.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
