📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and implement data solutions that leverage Databricks platform to solve complex business problems in healthcare and life sciences.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to deliver successful projects and solutions.
  • Participate in sales and customer success activities to drive adoption of Databricks solutions.
  • Drive adoption and best practices for Databricks platform within the healthcare and life sciences industry.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture and solutions delivery.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and life sciences industry, including HIPAA, FDA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
