In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets by effectively communicating the value of our products and services to potential customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of potential customers and clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients after the sale.,Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in direct sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
