📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.,Conduct regular performance reviews of store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
