📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular quality checks on products and services to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Leading a team of QC Inspectors, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their quality targets.,Identifying and implementing corrective actions to address any quality issues that arise.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of products and services.,Providing training and development opportunities to the QC team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QC Inspector or similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methods, and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems and software.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quality targets.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals.
