📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both internally and externally.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
