📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and effective workflow.,Monitor production schedules and ensure that production targets are met.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Train and develop production staff to improve skills and productivity.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and coordinated production processes.,Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet the required standards.,Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials are available when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Proven ability to analyze production data and make data-driven decisions.,Good understanding of quality control and safety procedures.
