PT Sejahtera Melati is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.,Process payroll and manage vendor payments.,Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Prepare financial statements and tax filings.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis.,Excellent communication and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
