📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the recording of vendor transactions in QuickBooks Online.
• Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management team.
• Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Provide guidance and support to the accounting team on financial matters.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor transaction management.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and other accounting software.
