📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and grow the local sales pipeline, focusing on luxury properties and commercial spaces.
• Coordinate with developers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends and competition to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, property management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Bali’s real estate market and local regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid real estate license (if applicable).
