📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager or similar retail management role, preferably in the sports retail industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, sales, and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
