📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and financial constraints.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site logs, and safety records.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, with a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Certification in Construction Supervision or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project for project planning and management.
