📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Follow health and safety regulations to ensure food safety
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure consistent food quality
• Participate in kitchen training and development programs
• Assist in special events and banquets, ensuring high standards of service
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including but not limited to: ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent is preferred
• Certification in food handling and safety (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus
