As the Operations Manager (Air Conditioning), you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and performance of air conditioning systems across multiple Gain City Group locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You'll work closely with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure that all air conditioning systems are running efficiently and effectively, providing a comfortable environment for customers and employees alike.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and performance of air conditioning systems across multiple Gain City Group locations in Bali.
• Work closely with a team of technicians and engineers to ensure that all air conditioning systems are running efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
• Monitor and analyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to store managers and staff on air conditioning system operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with the group's management team to develop and implement strategies for improving air conditioning system performance and reducing energy consumption.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in air conditioning technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in air conditioning system maintenance and operation, with a focus on retail environments.
• Certification in air conditioning system maintenance and repair, such as the HVAC Excellence certification or the Refrigeration Service Engineer (RSE) certification.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning system design, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with air conditioning system performance monitoring and analysis tools, such as building management systems (BMS) or energy management systems (EMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of technicians, engineers, and store managers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
