📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Manage and supervise a team of contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and work.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues or deviations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards and client requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and construction.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers for materials and services.
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or site supervision in the construction or interior design industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing fit-out projects in Bali or similar tropical environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive in Bali.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
