📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and create original textile patterns using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with our design team to ensure patterns meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Conduct fabric and color trend research to stay ahead of industry developments.
• Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, explaining your creative process and vision.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
• Assist in the production process by providing clear specifications and samples.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in textile design and fashion.
• Contribute to the growth of our design portfolio with unique and marketable designs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in textile design, with a proven portfolio of work.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software relevant to textile design.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, weaves, and printing techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
