In this role, you will work closely with bank representatives to identify customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions. You'll leverage your extensive knowledge of insurance products and your ability to build strong relationships to ensure our customers receive the best financial protection and advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and assess customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products.
- Conduct market research to understand trends and customer preferences in Bali.
- Collaborate with bank representatives to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and training to bank staff.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and bank partners.
- Participate in product launches and promotional events.
- Ensure compliance with BNI Life Insurance and regulatory requirements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bancassurance or financial services, preferably in insurance.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid insurance license or certification is a plus.
