📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor production processes using 7QC tools and QCC analysis to identify defects and quality issues.
Collect, analyze, and interpret data using statistical tools like JMP and Minitab.
Develop and implement action plans to address quality issues and improve production processes.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of defects and develop corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met and continuously improved.
Create and maintain visual reports and dashboards to track quality metrics and performance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a defect analysis or quality improvement role.
Proven expertise in 7QC tools and QCC analysis.
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as JMP and Minitab.
Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
