📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure smooth customs clearance for international shipments by adhering to trade regulations and compliance requirements.
• Leverage expertise in SAP and TradeComply to manage and optimize customs documentation and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customs-related issues and ensure compliance with international trade laws.
• Stay updated on evolving trade regulations and compliance standards to proactively address potential risks.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs compliance and trade regulations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor customs clearance solutions accordingly.
• Monitor and report on customs clearance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Participate in business development activities, including client presentations and proposal development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance, with a focus on international trade compliance.
• Proven expertise in SAP and TradeComply, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and applications.
• Certification in International Trade or Customs Compliance is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex trade regulations.
• Familiarity with global trade routes and logistics networks is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
